Chihiro has a condition: once a month, for one week, he turns into a girl. He was able to hide that for his whole life, but puberty made it harder and harder... One day he gets discovered and nearly taken advantage of by some bullies, but he’s saved by his childhood friend, Kazuma.

Kazuma accepts his condition, which leaves Chihiro very emotional. With the mood set, the two childhood friends start getting really close...
